Main Cottage
The cottage has two bedrooms on the lower level, with Queen Size beds topped with Memory foam for your comfort. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a double bed, in one bedroom, a twin in another and the loft also has a twin bed.
A fully equipped newly renovated kitchen awaits, including a coffee bar to start your morning off right, a large family dining area and everything you need to create amazing meals for your family!
Plus Guest House
Conveniently located next to the main cottage, is our charming guest house. With room to sleep 4-8 additional guests. Allow early risers to wake and enjoy a cup of tea on the deck looking onto the lake, ship the teenagers next door or allow a second family to join you. The Guest House includes its own kitchen, and sitting room with basic necessities .

Located just 15 minutes from the town of Perth, Ontario and 10 minutes to Smiths Falls, Ontario. The Colonial Cove is located on the Lower End of Big Rideau Lake.
A quick 5 minute drive to the village of Rideau Ferry, home to CC's Restaurant, the LCBO and a convenience store. Just 15 minutes from Perth where you will find grocery, pharmacy, butcher and medical services as well as plenty of things to do and lots of shopping to explore.
An hour from Kingston to the West and Ottawa to the East, this is the perfect location to just lounge by the lake or plan a visit to the Nation's Capital by boat or by car.
